Are your figures authentic?

Yes, 100%. We are authorized retailers for major brands like Bandai, Good Smile Company, Kotobukiya, and more. We despise counterfeits as much as you do.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship primarily within Germany and the EU. For international inquiries outside the EU, please contact our support team before placing an order.

What happens if my figure arrives damaged?

We pack every order with extreme care (we're collectors too!), but sometimes couriers are rough. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the shipping box and the damaged product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I pre-order upcoming releases?

We occasionally open pre-orders for highly anticipated releases. These will be clearly marked as "Pre-Order" with an estimated arrival date. Payment is collected upfront to secure your allocation.
